Abstract
Public trust in scientists and their findings is critically important to scientific endeavor. In the current research, we examine the impacts of perceiving scientists as intellectually humble. In two preregistered studies (N = 615), we find that seeing scientists as intellectual humble increases trust in scientists and their findings.
