Abstract

This study explores the relationship between general sensory sensitivity and anger proneness in children with misophonia relative to a clinical comparison group of anxious children. Anger proneness was associated with misophonia impairment above and beyond internalizing symptoms and was more prevalent in those with misophonia than anxiety.
