Abstract
Beliefs on intelligence malleability have been found to impact academic approaches and performance. 100 female students in a single-sex institution self-reported mindset type, cumulative GPA, and academic approaches. Girls with an incremental theory of intelligence reported higher GPAs, mastery-oriented motivation, and a strong desire for an honors curriculum
