Abstract
We aimed to understand factors driving aggressive behaviors (AB) among adolescents with misophonia. We found that blaming others as an emotion regulation (ER) strategy as well as misophonia impairment are uniquely related to AB, suggesting the need for interventions to target this ER strategy among adolescents with misophonia and aggression.
