Abstract

This study examined participants' views on teacher behaviors and the impact of non-representation of underrepresented minorities (UM) in both the student body and the faculty. UM subjects' self-scores were generally lower across all equity and satisfaction rankings; clearly UM students perceive teachers and school communities negatively regarding equity and representation.
