An Exploratory Examination of College Students' Perceptions of Bdsm

This study is an exploratory examination of college students' perceptions of BDSM. Participants strongly agreed that BDSM is a healthy expression of identity and sexuality, especially if participant had BDSM experience. Additionally, participants perceived the dominant more negatively than the submissive, perhaps further perpetuating the stereotype of dominant as abusive.
