Helicopter Parenting: Its Effects on Emerging Adult's Decision-Making and Perceived Autonomy

This study will be examining the effects of helicopter parenting on ~60 college students' decision-making style and perceived autonomy. Students will be primed to perceive their parents as overinvolved and controlling. It is hypothesized that the students who perceive their parents to be helicopters will lack efficacy in these areas.
