A Digital Music-Based Mindfulness Intervention for Black Americans with Elevated Race-Based Anxiety: A Multiple-Baseline Pilot Study

Abstract
Race-based anxiety is a significant health issue for Black Americans, yet there is a dearth of culturally-relevant and accessible treatments for this population. Our study demonstrates that "healing attempt" – a digital music-based mindfulness intervention – may represent an effective and acceptable intervention for Black Americans with elevated race-based anxiety.
