Abstract
Understanding reasons for violent behavior can help provide interventions for reducing violent outcomes. This study showed anger and emotion dysregulation as predictors of physical aggression. Impulse control was also shown to predict physical aggression. Results suggest that reducing anger, emotion dysregulation, and impulse control difficulties may decrease aggression.
