Climate Change Indicators Predict Sexual Violence across Countries

Abstract
Climate change has been found to be associated with increased prevalence of sexual violence. Our research found that various climate change indicators predicted rape and sexual violence across countries. Poor air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, and CO2 growth rate were the best predictors of rape and sexual violence.
