Narcissism, Lies, and Romantic Relationship Outcomes.

People high in narcissism admit they lie frequently, especially using self-serving lies. We sought to clarify the relationship between the impact of using lies (other-serving and self-serving) and the quality of romantic relationships with narcissistic partners (grandiose and vulnerable). We report 2 studies conducted using dyadic and longitudinal dyadic design.
