Campus Climate and Suicidal Ideation: Environmental Considerations for Black College Students

Given the rise in suicide risk for college students and ethnic minority youth, the current study examined campus climate factors as predictors of suicidal ideation among Black college students. Negative perceptions of general and specific dimensions of campus climate were significantly associated with having suicidal ideation in the past year.
