Burnout: Does Teacher Self-Efficacy Moderate the Relationship between Covid-19 Related Stress and Burnout for Teachers of Color?

Abstract

Schoolteachers are essential workers. The JD/R theory asserts that burnout stems from job demands and resources. Participants will be recruited from schools in Tennessee. The participants will take surveys to measure their levels of efficacy, stress, and burnout. We expect to run a t-test and regression to test the model.
