Abstract
We examined delegation in emerging leaders. Twenty-one student leaders participated in an online interview. Content coding revealed major themes including: techniques for delegating, obstacles to delegation, resolutions to delegation problems, and outcomes, in addition to differences between men and women. These results shed light on effective delegation strategies and challenges.
