Abstract
Self-report measures of stress, boredom, prosociality, and interoception were collected from 26 participants before and after two weeks of either meditation or neurofeedback (real or sham). At baseline, interoception was positively correlated with prosociality (r=.579), and negatively correlated with state boredom (r=-.540). All groups reported decreased stress after the intervention.
