Body Image-Related Constructs in Sexual Minority and Heterosexual College Women: A Test of Competing Theories

This poster details comparisons between a college student sample of sexual minority women (141) and heterosexual women (378) on body image-related constructs (BMI, body surveillance, physical appearance comparisons, and body dissatisfaction). The strength of correlations between variables was similar between groups and no clear pattern suggesting mean group differences emerged.
