Abstract
Statin therapy reduces CVD incidence, but station adherence is low among Black/African-American individuals. The optimal intervention duration to increase statin adherence is not known. Our study uses the dose-finding time-to-event continual reassessment method (TiTE-CRM) to identify the required dose of a behavioral intervention to meaningfully increase adherence to statins.
