Abstract
Married mothers are progressively taking on a wider range of roles which could contribute to inter-role conflict. The conflict between these varying roles could extend to their marital relationship quality. Our study included 224 married mothers and results demonstrated higher mothers' role conflict predicted worse marital relationship quality.
