Loneliness, Isolation, and Technology Use Among Older Adults: How Much Use Is Too Much?

Abstract
This project explores the relationship between internet use and loneliness and isolation among older adults. More than 90 % of Americans feel the internet provides an important sense of community and connectivity combating loneliness and isolation. When technology takes the place of in-person relationships, however, does it reduce well-being.
