Abstract

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and perceived stigma are social determinants of health that may influence the trajectory of internalizing symptoms during college transition. Results show that ACEs, but not perceived stigma, strongly predicted the trajectory of internalizing symptoms such that individuals with higher ACEs had steeper decrease of symptoms.
