Post-Traumatic Growth Among Chinese Cancer Caregivers: Qualitative Analysis of Expressive Helping Writing

Abstract
Our study examined Chinese cancer caregivers' post-traumatic growth (PTG) experiences using a qualitative analysis of expressive helping writing sessions. The emerged themes and subthemes were mostly consistent with Tedeschi and Calhoun's PTG conceptualization. Our findings suggest that culture may influence the frequencies and ways caregivers experience different domains of PTG.
