Perception of Sources with Misinformation

Abstract
We examined whether sources with misinformation would receive worse social perception than the sources without misinformation. Participants perceived source with explicit misinformation worse than that without misinformation. Participants’ social perception towards the source with pragmatic misinformation was equivalent with that towards the neutral source.
