A Simplified "How to" Guide of Latent Transition Analysis in Organizational Psychology

Abstract
We present a how-to on latent transition analysis and demonstrate its use. In a German-speaking sample (N = 180), we investigate if there are distinct subgroups of employees using psychological capital, if they stay in these subgroups or transition over time, and if leader-member exchange is associated with this transition.
