Abstract

Gender, self-esteem, popularity, and past cyber history was found to be related to cyber bullying attitudes and specific bystander strategies. Using hypothetical scenarios, females reported more victim-supportive attitudes and behaviors than males. Individuals who self-reported past victimization perceived more blame on the part of the victim.
