Abstract
We examined whether self-efficacy, self-control, and perfectionism mediated the relationship between maternal and paternal helicopter parenting (HP) on academic burnout. Both self-efficacy and self-control mediated the relationship between maternal HP and burnout. The mediation was not significant for paternal HP.
