What Is Metacognitive Reflection? the Moderation of Metacognition on Emotional Regulation and Reflection

Abstract
This study investigated the relationship among emotional regulation(ER), metacognition, and reflection. SEM results indicated ER and metacognition predicted 52% of the variance in reflection. The latent moderation model showed metacognition moderated the relationship between ER and reflection. ER was a strong/positive predictor of reflection when students showed high levels metacognition.
