Abstract
Parasocial relationships (PSRs) are the bonds we form with people who don't know us. The goal of this study was to find connections that may link strong PSR bonds to a higher likelihood of prosocial behavior. Participants completed surveys measuring PSR strength, positive and negative affect and positive cognitive orientation.
