Abstract
With an increasingly clear picture depicting high Bipolar-PTSD comorbidity and low treatment utilization among civilians, less is known about treatment outcomes for veterans. The proposed study hypothesizes lower treatment utilization and higher justice involvement for PTSD and Bipolar comorbidity in veterans, and will address this with a cross-sectional methodology.
