Abstract

Psychopathy has been associated with charisma, leadership, and antisocial behavior; but not all those high in psychopathy experience negative outcomes. Participants completed a survey with measures of psychopathy, charismatic leadership, and antisocial behavior. Charismatic leadership negatively moderated the relationship between psychopathy and antisocial behavior.
