Working Mothers and Gender System Justification

We compare gender system justifying (GSJR) responses to working mothers (WM) to those of the rest of the population.  We measured 177 participants' GSJR to WM and endorse negative statements (ENS) about WM. When comparing responses across demographic groups, WM had significantly higher GSJR and ENS than all demographic groups.
