Investigating the Moderating Roles of Self-Compassion and Perceived Control on the Relationships between Occupational Stressors and Treatment Adherence and Well-Being of Employees with Type 2 Diabetes in Nigeria

Abstract
Diabetes and work stress are disturbing situations. The study examined how self-compassion and perceived control linked with these variables, with work stress having positive relationship with wellbeing but negative with treatment adherence, and self-compassion and perceived control did not moderate the the link among Nigerians. Self-compassion education was encouraged.
Self-Control
