Confirming a Nested Regulatory Factor

In exploratory work, a 4-level nested regulatory factor which explained both self-control & social-cooperation was established. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed a single regulatory factor (R) explained much variance in the 40-items on the General Regulation Scale as well as the 4-level structure of the regulatory construct.
