Effect of Moral Judgement on Women's Professional Advancement in Culturally Diverse Workplaces

Based on moral judgment, men in diverse workplaces perceive women less morally virtuous when the latter go against widely held norms. This perception is informed by culture (both traditional and popular), religion, and other cultural factors (e.g., race and ethnicity), and it impairs decision-making on matters such as professional advancement.
