Abstract
To better understand the impact of intolerance of uncertainty (IU) on clinical reasoning, we conducted a scoping review that showed significant consequences on investigative and prescriptive behaviors among health professionals. We subsequently validated two scales measuring IU: the IUS-12 (for the general population) and the IUS-12-H (for health professionals).
