The Effects of Person-Organization Fit and Person-Group Fit on Work Engagement in the Work and Life Balance Dimension

Abstract
Data collected from 350 Korean employees showed that P-O misfit in the dimension of work and life balance decreased dedication compared to P-O fit. Also, vigor and dedication increased when person and organization matched at high levels. As to P-G fit, however, absorption increased when matched at high levels.
