Job Complexity Enhanced the Effect of Psychological Reattachment to Work on Work Engagement

This study developed short programs to facilitate psychological reattachment and investigated the interaction between psychological reattachment and job complexity on work engagement. The effectiveness of the programs could not be properly examined due to sample restriction (N = 56). However, job complexity enhanced the effect of psychological reattachment on absorption.
