Abstract

The Classroom Performance Survey (CPS) is a freely available teacher rating scale of ADHD-related classroom behavior.  The test-retest reliability, accuracy, and criterion-related cutoffs for the CPS were evaluated.  The results suggest that the CPS provides a sensitive progress measure, predictive of reading achievement, math achievement, and grades.
