Improving Measurement and Data Screening Practices in Clinical Science Research

Sunday, May 24, 2020 · Virtual

Oral · Methodology

This symposium will present four studies that highlight some of the challenges that researchers face in measuring constructs of psychopathology and health, particularly in community (i.e., non-clinical) samples. Topics will include identifying aberrant responses, modeling zero inflation in symptom frequency data, and evaluating measurement invariance, both longitudinally and cross-sectionally.
