New Insights into Intertemporal Preference: Beyond Now, Self, and the Lab
This symposium brings together studies that address previously unexplained areas in theory and empirical findings in intertemporal choice research. Each presentation offers explanations respectively on present-biased preference, asymmetry in attention, interpersonal choice and the relationship between time preference and field behavior, collectively enhancing comprehensive understanding of intertemporal preference.
