Person-Environment Fit across Time and Cultural Levels of Analysis
Person-environment fit (PE-fit) is a key predictor of performance and well-being. We showcase findings that demonstrate how and why PE-fit seeps into our social and cultural exchanges across time and cultural levels of analysis. We highlight the importance of key social and emotional processes for PE-fit, performance, and well-being.
