The Roles of Emotion and Emotion Regulation in Reward-Related Health Behaviors
Emotions, and how people regulate emotions, play a key role in physical and mental health. Daily reward-seeking health behaviors, such as eating food and drinking alcohol, both regulate emotion and are affected by emotion regulation strategies. Talks present cutting-edge data on links among emotions, emotion regulation, and consequential health behaviors.
