How Is Policing Affected By the Use of Body-Worn Cameras?
The research in this symposium explores cognitive and social issues with police body-worn cameras (BWCs), the video footage it produces, and how these are used. BWCs are becoming ubiquitous in police departments globally. This research examines how policing and perceptions of policing have been affected by BWCs.
