Racial Discrimination, Ethnic-Racial Socialization, and Suicide Crisis: Advances in African American Psychological Science
This symposium examines three significant risks, experiences, and realities for African Americans in the 21st century: racial discrimination, racial socialization, and the emergent suicide crisis. We answer calls for psychological science to capture the breadth of human experiences, study the multitude of ethnic-racial experiences, and examine diversity in all forms.
