Meaning at Work and Meaning in Life

We present three studies exploring the phenomena of meaning in organizational and personal life contexts. The findings reveal the ways the different aspects of meaning are related with each other and with well-being, in line with an integral view of meaning as both an intrapersonal and interpersonal reality.
