Examining Developmental Links Between Active/Inactive Lifestyle and Psycho-Social Adjustment in Children: Insights From Multiple Prospective Studies
Youthful physical inactivity is a contemporary issue. Evidence from these studies supports the benefits of an active lifestyle for youth development.
