The Challenges of the Transition to Parenthood and the Role of Dyadic Support
Many couples are negatively affected by the transition to parenthood (TTP); dyadic support may offer a way to enhance couples’ successful adjustment to this phase. The three presentations use longitudinal and dyadic data from primiparous couples to investigate the effect of the TTP on dyadic support and relationship outcomes.
