Using Virtual Reality to Prepare Clinicians Working with Vulnerable Populations
This symposium will present the SIMPACT Immersive Learning Program, a virtual/mixed reality methodology that has important implications for enhancing the mental health treatment approaches. We provide an extensive and systematic examination of simulation as a tool for training mental health professionals, with emphasis on service to vulnerable populations.
