What Helps to Transform Harm Into Growth: Personality and Posttraumatic Growth
In this symposium we explore predictors and correlates of posttraumatic growth in case of internal displacement and bullying. Based on three empirical studies we argue that PTG is a complex phenomenon related with personality, coping and adaptation skills as well as with subjective appraisal of events and tendency to ruminate.
