Social Decision-Making Under Risk and Uncertainty

Uncertainty famously distorts individual decision-making. Less is known about its effect on social decision-making. Across online and laboratory studies, deploying methods ranging from economic games to drug manipulations, we investigate uncertainty’s role in social decision-making and explore when it caters prosocial or selfish choices.
