Body-Image Representation Through Time, From Infancy to Middle Life: Research Advances and Clinical Challenges
Body representations and self-awareness are developed over time and may change dramatically over the course of one’s lifetime. Drawing upon current neurobehavioural frameworks, this symposium presents recent findings investigating different aspects of human multisensory body representations across the lifespan and their implications for the prevention and treatment of Eating Disorders.
